Performance tests on constant flow rate valve with liquid level control
function

Abstract (English translation of the original text)
(1) Liquid level control function (open/close feature)
Trials performed on the liquid level-1 and liquid level-2 regulator valves
indicated that both valve types steadily controlled the set liquid level.
The liquid level-1 regulator valve maintained the set water level at a
constant level. The liquid level-2 regulator valve remained closed even
when the water level dropped from HWL, and started the supply of water
at the moment of reaching LWL.
Each control feature can be effectively employed by selecting the type
appropriate to the purpose of use.
(2) Excess flow cut and variable flow control functions
Using a valve with excess flow cut and variable flow control functions
provides a systematic distribution of appropriate water flow, cutting excessive
flow above the set flow rate even with the valve fully open.
Moreover, based on the addition of the variable constant flow rate feature
on the liquid level regulator valve, automation and ease of control of
the complete irrigation water supply system is possible due to the ability
to optionally set a systematic water distribution rate.
